Here are your Mp3 tracks of the first few exercises in Part 2 of “The Key to Awareness” manual.  

Please DO NOT share this page with other people, I do not have the expertise to take the share buttons off.

Each week you will receive more tracks to practice the exercises for the following Saturdays class.

Please download and listen to all tracks and practise the Grounding exercise (track 3) and the Inner Resourcing exercise (track 5)
