• Be in your body
  • Ground

  • Think of something that brings you Joy and Happiness and feel that in your body

If you do get stressed or have a strong emotion:

 

  1. Get some time to yourself, by leaving the room.
  2. If possible go for a walk.
  3. Accept what you are feeling.
  4. Clear your energy
  5. Ground.
