Here are your Mp3 Tracks of the next few exercises in Part 2 of “The Key to Awareness” manual.  

Please DO NOT share this page with other people, I do not have the expertise to take the share buttons off.

Please download and listen to all tracks and practice Meditation (track 9) every day if possible, and the Releasing Energy Exercise (track 7); take your time with this exercise. Listen to Track 6 first and then listen to Track 7, do this with an open mind and simply follow the steps in Track 7.
